Arranging the whole wedding
Planning a Wedding and turning a dream into reality can be daunting for some people, whilst others just simply do not have the time with work and a busy social life. With our knowledge and expert advice, we will assist you every step of the way in creating your special day. Romeo ‘n’ Juliet will offer you a choice of suppliers for each aspect of your wedding and can negotiate fees on your behalf to truly maximise your budget. We can handle the research and scheduling, saving the endless time and worry to ensure that your wedding day is perfect as you have always imagined.

Every wedding is unique therefore we provide a bespoke service tailored to your individual requirements.

On the Day Wedding Co-Ordination

Venue, decoration and styling
This package would cover 4 hours attendance before the ceremony/reception to set up everything according to your plans.

Your co-ordinator would set up all your tables including dealing with favours, floral arrangements, place cards, table cameras, chair covers, napkin details, menus, table numbers, confetti, candles, lights, etc. We would follow your table plans ensure that every guest is sitting in the right place and that any children's activity bags/highchairs etc are also correctly set out. Any gifts to be given to members of the wedding party would be placed in an easily accessible position near the top table. Your cake table would be decorated as you wish, we will ensure the knife is there and clean. Table plans or escort cards will also be set up and decorated as appropriate. Any guest tables to include guest book, cards boxes, photo boards etc will also be laid out. Confetti cones will be filled and stored safely as will any orders of service/ceremony. We will also liaise with any other decorative suppliers on the day to be sure that your plans are realised - this could include florist, balloon decorators and cake makers.

Romeo 'n' Juliet will meet up at least once before the big day to go through every detail you've planned.
